Care Connection
Care Connection allows family caregivers and professionals nationwide to gain valuable education from guest speakers on a vast array of topics as well as to connect with other caregivers from across the country. Plus, they can get much-needed help and advice from the comfort of their own homes or jobs. As well, we offer CEUs for professionals who are part of our Dementia Care Professionals of America division.
